Taylor Swift announces new album Midnights

Taylor Swift has a new album due in October. Midnights, out October 21, is based on “the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life,” according to a statement posted on Swift's Instagram.

The album will be her 10th studio effort and the follow-up to 2020 lockdown albums Folklore and Evermore. News of Midnights was first revealed by Swift as she picked up the Video of the Year award at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
