The 21-year-old “Sports Car” hitmaker dropped her album So Close to What on Friday (February 21). The opening track “Miss possessive” included an appearance from the Euphoria actress.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Tate revealed that a connection to Glen Powell helped her line up the high-profile feature. Keep reading to find out more… While on the show, Tate explained that she ran into Sydney during a previous appearance on Jimmy Fallon‘s late-night show. “We both kind of knew each other,” she explained. “We kind of waved, said ‘Hi.’” She continued, saying that she did Pilates with Glen, who starred in Anyone But You with Sydney.
That connection helped her get in touch to line things up. “It’s really fun,” she said about working out with the actor. “He connected us.
