Tanker spills cement all over Scots road after flipping over as cops rush to scene

A tanker full of wet cement toppled over and smashed through a railing on a busy Scots road today. The railing on Inverurie Road in the Bucksburn area of Aberdeen was destroyed after the truck broke free and spilled its contents onto the road and pavement.

Cops attended the scene near the Propeller Roundabout following the incident which took place around 2.30pm Footage taken at the site, which was shared on social media, shows the overturned vehicle lying between two tractors which are parked stationary nearby.

At least two policemen can be seen surveying the damage alongside two workers in high vis jackets and some pedestrians who have presumably stopped to assist the clear-up, reports Aberdeen Live.

Traffic can be seen moving slowly past the commotion. The road was closed for for over an hour while recovery took place, sparking delays for some motorists.
