Tamar Braxton, 42, was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles after being found unresponsive in her hotel room last week. And an audio recording of her boyfriend David Adefeso's frantic call to 911 after he discovered her, reveals that he told the emergency services that she was mixing alcohol with prescription pills and that he was worried that she had attempted suicide as she "left a note earlier".

In the call obtained by TMZ on Monday, Adefeso told a dispatch paramedic: "She's been drinking and she's on medication for depression." David then added: "She was very angry earlier on.

She's had trouble with the network, the company she's working with, and they did something today." He can be heard sobbing hysterically in the clip as he blames
