Weeekly have made their long-awaited return with new single, ‘Vroom Vroom’.‘Vroom Vroom’ is the title track of Weeekly’s new mini-album’s ‘ColoRise’, which comes a year-and-a-half after their previously release, March 2022’s ‘Play Game: Awake’.The single was arranged and co-composed by NOMASGOOD, who previously worked with the girl group on their 2021 song ‘Uni’. Weeekly have announced their upcoming 2024 ‘Weeekly University’ tour, featuring concerts across the Americas.On June 17, Weeekly and their label IST Entertainment announced that the girl group will be heading on a tour of the Americas in September this year, Called ‘Weeekly University’, the trek will feature shows in Mexico, Colombia, the US and more.The K-pop act will kick off their tour on September 6 in Mexico City, followed by a show in Colombia in the same week. Thereafter, the group will head to the US and Canada, with seven concerts across the two North American countries.Some dates, ticketing and venue details have yet to be announced for the 2024 ‘Weeekly University’ tour.

Weeekly member Shin Ji-yoon has left the K-pop girl group, following a series of hiatuses over the past year.Today (June 1), the girl group’s label IST Entertainment took to social media to announce member Shin’s departure from the group.
