Lucasfilm, has announced a new trading card game, Star Wars: Unlimited.Star Wars: Unlimited is set to release in 2024 described as a fast-paced, dynamic game that is easy to learn, but strategically deep. The trading card game will feature iconic heroes from the Star Wars universe, including already confirmed heroes like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Leia Organa and more; as well as villains like Darth Vader.Players can also expect ships and settings seen across the franchise – including from the various television series, comic books and video games, as well as the films.Announcing STAR WARS: Unlimited, a trading card game of unlimited possibilities!Join the clash between heroes and villains from across the STAR WARS galaxy! Indiana Jones And The Great Circle has finally been given a release date, and Xbox has also confirmed the title will be getting a PlayStation release.First teased back in 2021, Indiana Jones And The Great Circle has been developed as a collaboration between MachineGames, Bethesda and Lucasfilm Games. Earlier this year, the title was officially announced alongside a description of the game.“Uncover one of history’s greatest mysteries in Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Raiders Of The Lost Ark and The Last Crusade,” it read.

Bethesda and MachineGames have shared the first full trailer for Indiana Jones And The Great Circle as part of Microsoft’s most recent Xbox Developer Direct – check it out below.The 3-minute gameplay video sees Harrison Ford’s Indiana Jones headbutt Nazis, explore crypts, assemble ancient puzzles and use his whip to escape life-threatening situations as he tries to uncover the truth about The Great Circle. Monkey Island creator Ron Gilbert has said he doesn’t “owe anybody” anything ahead of the release of Return To Monkey Island.Gilbert created the first two games in the series (1990’s The Secret Of Monkey Island and 1991’s Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge) before leaving LucasArts. Three more games were made without his involvement but the recently announced Return To Monkey Island sees Gilbert returning to the franchise.The upcoming title will pick up where LeChuck’s Revenge left off.However, in a new blog post, Gilbert has hit back at so-called fans who have already criticised Return without playing it.“It’s ironic that the people who don’t want me to make the game I want to make are some of the hard core fans.

TT Games had to undergo during the development of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.According to the Polygon report, over 20 current and former TT Games employees have described the tight development schedules and stressful amounts of workload, with some remembering breaking down outside of work hours.Throughout the development of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – which began in 2017 and has been delayed several times – staff were reportedly pressured into crunch, with one former employee saying, “It was very soft-spoken blackmail. If people don’t start doing overtime, there’s going to be problems.”Elsewhere six former employees who worked under Jon Burton, co-founder and creative director at TT Games, said that he would yell at staff to return to their desks when work hours were over and would regularly expect employees to put in extra hours.
