The SHINee star will kick off the tour with a two-night show in Yokohama, Japan this February before performing in cities across East Asia, including Seoul, Taipei and Macau.Following his Yokohama shows, Onew will perform for three nights at the Olympic Hall in Seoul from February 21 to 23.

SHINee’s Onew has officially released his third solo mini-album ‘Flow’, alongside a trippy music video for its lead single, ‘beat drum’.Both the mini-album and music video were release on September 3 at 6pm KST. It also marks over a year since he last released music in March 2023, with his third full-length album ‘Circle’.According to The Korea Times, title track ‘beat drum’ is described as “an upbeat pop track that pairs Onew’s playful vocals with lyrics that liken a racing heart to the beat of a drum”.‘beat drum’ is also the second track off his freshly released record to receive a video treatment, having previously dropped a video for B-side track ‘All Day’ on July 15 as a pre-release single for ‘Flow’.‘Flow’ also marks Onew’s first release under Griffin Entertainment, a label he signed to earlier this year after leaving longtime agency SM Entertainment.

SHINee leader Onew has revealed the reason behind his departure from SM Entertainment this year and how different it’s been since during a recent interview.Onew, along with SHINee bandmate Taemin, both decided not to renew their long-standing contracts with SM Entertainment earlier this year in March. He later announced that he had signed an exclusive contract with separate agency Griffin Entertainment the following month, marking the end of at least 15 years with his former representation. He has been operating as a soloist under Griffin since, although he continues to remain part of SHINee.The K-pop singer appeared on the KBS television show The Seasons as a guest performer on August 16, with Zico as the show’s current host, per OSEN.

SHINee singer Onew has signed with Griffin Entertainment, just a month after leaving longtime agency SM Entertainment. Griffin Entertainment announced that SHINee’s Onew had signed with the company today (April 3) in a statement to South Korea news outlet Sports Kyunghang. “We are happy to be together with Onew on his new start,” the agency said, as translated by Soompi.“Griffin Entertainment will not spare any effort so that we can become the artist’s sanctuary,” the label added.
