CIX have announced the North American leg of their 2024 ‘0 or 1’ tour, featuring concerts in Chicago, New York and more.Tour organiser Studio PAV announced the North American leg of the 2024 ‘0 or 1’ tour at 12 midnight KST today (February 26). CIX’s upcoming trek will feature concerts across eight cities in May 2024.The K-pop idols will kick off their tour with a two-date concert at the Mastercard Hall in Seoul, South Korea on April 6 and 7.

Bae Jin-young leaves CIX, boyband to continue on as quartet

CIX after five years, with the group set to continue on as a quartet.In a statement today (August 5) on social media, CIX’s label C9 Entertainment announced that it has “decided to terminate the exclusive contract” it has with Bae Jin-young as of the beginning of the month.“We express our gratitude to Bae Jin-young for his hard work as a member of CIX and ask for your continued support [in his] new chapter,” it continued. The K-pop agency also added that the boyband would continue on as a quartet with remaining members BX, Seunghun, Yonghee and Hyunsuk.“They are currently preparing for a new album to be released in the second half of the year, along with various performances,” C9 Entertainment said of the group’s future.

CIX release futuristic music video for new single ‘Lovers or Enemies’

CIX have released their first ever single album ‘0 or 1’, featuring title track ‘Lovers or Enemies’.The single album, alongside the video treatment for ‘Lovers to Enemies’, dropped today (January 24) at 6pm KST, portraying the five members of CIX in some sort of cybernetic universe as they struggle to figure out where they stand with the girl of their dreams.“Now, either embrace me / Or become my enemy / It has to be one of the two / It can’t get simpler, right?” CIX belt on the chorus. Apart from ‘Lovers to Enemies’, ‘0 or 1’ only includes one other track, titled ‘My Name Is Shadow’.‘0 or 1’ marks CIX’s first music of 2024.

Dreamcatcher, CIX and ONEUS to perform at ‘We Stand’ K-pop festival

Dreamcatcher, CIX and ONEUS are set to perform at the new ‘We Stand’ festival this August.The upcoming ‘We Stand’ K-pop Festival will take place at Houston’s 713 Music Hall and New Jersey’ New Overpeck Park on August 4 and 6, receptively. The festival will also be available to stream online, according to its official website.The Houston stop of the festival will feature performances by CIX and Dreamcatcher.

CIX have shared a stunning music video teaser for ‘458’, an upcoming single from their fifth mini-album ‘OK episode 1: OK Not’.The new teaser for ‘458’ features each member of the boyband in solo scenes, each filled with imagery involving elements of water, fire, air and metal. The music video for ‘458’ and ‘OK episode 1: OK Not’ will both drop on August 22 at 6PM KST.‘OK episode 1: OK Not’ will feature a total of four tracks, as outlined in a previously-released tracklist on CIX’s official Twitter account.
