The man suspected of abducting tot Cleo Smith winked as he was led away onto a plane in handcuffs during his journey to a maximum security prison.
Terence Darrell Kelly, 36, appeared before a court on November 4 charged with forcibly taking a child under the age of 16. He has been accused of abducting little Cleo in the early hours of October 16 from the Blowholes campsite in Carnarvon, Australia, where she was on holiday with her family, as reported by The Mirror.
