The owners of a family-owned convenience store in Law made it a hat-trick of wins when they scooped yet another award.Nads Store, run by husband and wife team Nadeem and Fareha, made it three-in-a-row when their business was named Convenience Retailer of the Year 2024 at the Scottish Asian & Business Awards.The corner shop in the village’s Station Road, took the title of Community Retailer of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, and last year the couple joked that they might have to up their game if they wanted to go for the hat-trick.The family moved from Newcastle to Law around 13 years ago but there’s been nothing unlucky about it, they love the place and are very much at the heart of the community.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
