It might already be time to pull out those summer shorts and book a trip to the pub garden as the UK is set to reach soaring temperatures this April.
Weather experts have predicted that a premature summer will be pushing its way through spring in a few short weeks, heating up conditions to 28C.
Readings will be hitting around the same mark repeatedly throughout next month, meteorologist Jim Dale has projected, predicting that an “early summer” that will no doubt please those who hadn’t expected to see warm temperatures in the country until perhaps June.

You can sign up at the top of the page. “I think hot weather could come in fairly early as far as April is concerned perhaps,” he told Express.co.uk. “I know March is the start of Spring but I think we’re probably going to get properly into April before we start to see the searing sort of temperatures. “I wouldn’t be surprised to see 26C, 27C, 28C in the middle of April.” Areas of the UK are estimated to experience this surprising heatwave in April, when temperatures typically only reach highs of approximately 12C, and lows of a frosty 4C.
