Student took one bite of Burger King burger and was left horrified

A man said he was left "disgusted" after discovering bacon in his Burger King order. Anshuman Shastry had ordered through Just Eat and spent more than £30 on chilli jam halloumi burgers and two vegan Royales.

Despite the order arriving on time and seeming correct, the 28-year-old student was horrified upon biting into his burger, the Liverpool ECHO reports.

Anshuman, who is Hindu, explained: "When I bit into the burger and realised I spat it out straight away. "It was disgusting.

I didn't even eat the rest of the order. I was really sad and it's all I thought about for the next two days. It's been weeks and I can still feel the taste on my tongue."
