Stuart Findlay says he left Kilmarnock a boy, and he's now returning as a man.The centre back has returned to Ayrshire for his fourth spell at Rugby Park, and he's raring to go.He says Oxford United were honest with him and new boss Liam Manning admitted he's unlikely to be in his plans. Then the defender had a number of options, especially in Scotland, but as soon as he heard of Kilmarnock's interest he admits it was a no brainer. He said: “I drove up on Thursday and I had an idea of the interest early in the week but they take some time.“As soon as I got the text from my agent to say Oxford had given me the green light to move I was straight in the car.“I joined the lovely Manchester rush hour to get here but I was delighted to be back."He added: “I spoke to Oxford at the start of pre-season and they were honest with me which I appreciated.“I wasn’t the manager’s signing and he was going a different way and he asked me if a loan was something I would consider.“At the time I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to do but then my mind was quickly made up when Kilmarnock came in for me.“It’s not that long since I was here but I have always been open in saying I wanted to come back one day and people know what it means to me.“I would have been daft not to take the chance to come back here.“My year at Oxford wasn’t what I wanted it to be and I maybe didn’t perform as well as I could and the club wasn’t performing as it wanted too.“These things can happen but then I had to make sure I got my next move right and there is nowhere better than somewhere that has been right before.“I feel comfortable here and I know I can perform well here and I want to show the fans why they are happy to have me back.”Findlay admits it would be a dream
