Strictly Come Dancing's Tony Adams' wife, Poppy, melted viewers' hearts on Saturday with a sweet comment about her husband. During the latest instalment, Tony, 55, performed a Charleston to My Old Man’s A Dustman by Foster and Allen with pro Katya Jones.
The duo put on an energetic performance in matching flat caps, shirts and waistcoats and bounded around the room. Prior to the performance, Tess Daly spoke to Tony's wife Poppy, who he married in 2004, in the audience.
To which Poppy said of her husband: "I've never been so proud or so in love with him! He's going to absolutely nail it and I'm going to probably cry!" During the judges' feedback, Shirley Ballas, 62, gave them a standing ovation and credited Tony for his confidence, with Anton Du Beke telling them that he "loved" it.
Craig Revel Horwood however, didn't hold back when he told them it was "stiff, stiff, stiff".They received a total of 22 points.
