Strictly's Shirley Ballas 'won't go out alone at night' after Holly Willoughby scare

Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas opened up about how she's fearful to go out alone at night, especially after what happened to TV star Holly Willoughby.

In July, security guard Gavin Plumb was found guilty of plotting to kidnap, rape and murder television presenter Holly.The mum of three was pulled from her This Morning duties back in October 2023, after police informed the show's bosses of the alleged threat just before she was due on air.

Strictly star Shirley, 63, previously admitted that the scare prompted her to be "cautious" and she avoids going out on her own in the dark.

Just a month earlier, the professional dancer had opened up about how vile death threats from social media trolls left her scared to leave her home.
