Ola Jordan has opened up about her dramatic weight loss after shedding three dress sizes in just four months. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional wanted to completely overhaul her lifestyle and went from a size 14 to a size eight in a bid to live a more healthy life, writes The Mirror. The 40-year-old said that she really wanted her former dancer body back but wasn't sure she would ever feel 'sexy' again after giving birth to her first child in 2020 and gaining weight during the pandemic. Her weight gain really got to her and left her feeling down and Ola would refuse to leave the house and became a 'shell of her former self'.However, Ola has turned it around and has dropped over three stone in just a matter of eight weeks and has said she feels like a different person.
