Janette took to her Instagram to show Aljaž and daughter Lyra cosied up on the sofa beside Janette, but while Janette’s eyes were wide open, the other two had something else in mind… Sleep!
The pair became proud parents to a beautiful baby daughter, Lyra Rose, who they welcomed in July 2023. The dancers have been married since 2017 and Aljaž, 34, has taken on the role of stay-at-home dad, while Janette, 40, has continued to work, including hosting Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, alongside Fleur East, towards the end of last year.The now bona fide author opened up about life as a mum to us exclusively at OK!
The tot, who Janette shares with her husband, Strictly pro Aljaž Škorjanec, spoke about how much she loves motherhood. “I just love it,” Janette says. “They always say that the next phase is the best one, but I’m loving it right now.
