A spokesperson for Strictly Come Dancing's Graziano Di Prima has confirmed he kicked celebrity partner Zara McDermott during rehearsals last year.
It comes after it was confirmed that Graziano has been axed from the BBC show. "There is never a time when kicking, or any sense of that is right," Mark Borkowski told BBC News. "And he knows that. "He knows he's made a mistake.

The spokesperson said Graziano accepted that he had "crossed the line", however the dancer denied reports that he spat on Zara.
