Giovanni Pernice has finally spoken out after being dropped from Strictly Come Dancing, defiantly continuing to dance. The 33 year old professional dancer has been embroiled in controversy for months following his latest appearance on the BBC dance show due to allegations about his behaviour, which he denied.
He was partnered with actress Amanda Abbington, who left the show early and later claimed she suffered from PTSD.The BBC reportedly launched an internal investigation after receiving complaints from his previous celebrity dance partners.The cast for the upcoming series of Strictly has been announced, and Giovanni's name was noticeably absent from the list of returning professional dancers.
After the news broke of his harsh exit from the show, Giovanni shared a video on his Instagram Stories of him dancing at Ballando UK.
In the clip, Giovanni can be seen leading several group dance sessions. He simply added three heart emojis to the post, showing that he isn't giving up on his love of dance.
