Caroline Quentin has just signed up for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing. She is an actress known for playing Dorothy in Men Behaving Badly and Maddie Magellan in Jonathan Creek.

And the TV star, 60, has also had a colourful personal life, having been married twice and experiencing a painful divorce before finding love with a toyboy.

From 1992 until 1998 she was married to comedian Paul Merton, who is best known for being a team captain on Have I Got News for You.

The mum-of-two has admitted that the divorce left her feeling "vulnerable" as she experienced a lot of attention following the split.
