Strictly's Amy Dowden shows off stunning wig amid chemotherapy treatment

Follow OK! on Threads here: https://www.threads.net/@ok_mag Strictly's Amy Dowden has shown off her brand new wig, amid her chemotherapy treatment as she battles breast cancer.The 33 year old ballroom star announced her diagnosis in May of this year, as doctors told her she had stage three breast cancer, but she vowed to "get back on that dance floor".

Amy has bravely been sharing on social media about her battle with the disease, and she was full of praise for Be Unique Wigs By Charlotte, who posted about making her a wig.

Charlotte and Amy posted a screenshot of their messages, as Amy thanked her for making the wig, saying: "Omg I love her," before asking if she could have another one made.

Over the top of the screenshot, Charlotte wrote: "I've been working on a wig for the beautiful @amy_dowden and just received this lovely message from her! "It was an honour to make it for you." Charlotte went on to share a video of the wig, which is a stunning honey brown colour - and it was then shared by Amy on her own Instagram page.
