Pete Wicks has finally spoken out after bowing out as the last celeb in Strictly Come Dancing. The reality TV star, famed for his role on The Only Way Is Essex, danced with pro partner Jowita Przystal on the show.Unfortunately, they narrowly missed securing a spot in next weekend's grand finale after being eliminated post the semi-finals of BBC One's glittering dance competition, as witnessed in the series' last results episode on Sunday night (December 8).Speaking to presenter Tess Daly about his Strictly experience, Pete remarked: "It's been wild.

I've tried my best from day one, I said I was in for a penny, in for a pound and I've done it, it's been beautiful." In a gripping face-off, Pete and Jowita competed against Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec, with judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke casting their votes to rescue Tasha and her partner.
Even head judge Shirley Ballas conceded she would have opted to save Tasha and Aljaz, reports the Manchester Evening News. Pete took to Instagram after the results show to share photos of his fantastic performances during the semi-final with his partner Jowita, reflecting: "The past 3-4 months have been nothing short of incredible.
