ok.co.ukKatie McGlynn has reportedly left in "severe pain" after slicing her foot open by kicking the Strictly Come Dancing Glitterball trophy.The former Coronation Street star, 28, is said to have been asked to kick the trophy for a promotional video for the upcoming series of the BBC One show.
It's understood Katie thought the trophy wasn't the real deal, but a plastic version of the trophy and took a run up to kick it.
Katie is said to have been "unaware" directors only wanted her to pretend to kick the disco ball-shaped award and she was left in pain.
