Strictly Come Dancing's Hamza Yassin has revealed the toll training for the ballroom has taken on his body. The 32-year-old wildlife cameraman revealed he'd shed more than a stone since signing up for the dance competition.
He appeared on Good Morning Britain alongside professional dance partner Jowita Przystał to discuss this week's Strictly news.
The pair revealed that, in celebration of the BBC's one hundredth birthday, they would be dancing the quick-step to On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons this weekend.
