The former Emmerdale star is among the 15 celebrities who have signed up to Strictly Come Dancing which starts on Saturday (September 16).
But the news of his new gig came before he shared a health diagnosis with his loyal following. Adam, 35, shared how he had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, a long-term condition that causes pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints.
He shared last month (August) how his symptoms started with his knees before moving to his wrists, fingers and now ankles and toes.
