Strictly Come Dancing could see some interesting differences in this year's show as Layton Williams has told bosses he wants to dance as his most authentic self.
Layton, 28, has had starring roles in the West End such as playing the lead in Billy Elliot and Everyone's Talking About Jamie.
Now Layton, who has had previous dance training, has told his new Strictly Come Dancing bosses that he wants to be his authentic self in the ballroom, making it clear he wants to be able to wear dresses if he feels it necessary.
BBC bosses have said this is fine and he has been measured up for different dresses by the show's costume department - as well as for trousers and shirts.
