Strict Gogglebox rule sees stars banned from changing positions on sofa

Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr has divulged about what it's really like to be on the Channel 4 show after announcing his exit earlier this week.

Dancer Tom announced that he was quitting the show just a day before the series' return this evening. Taking to TikTok, Tom opened up about the perks of being on the programme - as well as the restrictions imposed on them for filming.

Among the benefits, Tom revealed, was definitely the food. He told his followers: "Without a doubt, one of the best perks of Gogglebox is that every time we film, which is twice a week, the crew get us a takeaway of our choosing. "It's literally one of the most amazing things about the show, honest to God.
