Stirling Albion boss Alan Maybury felt his side were hit with a “sucker punch” on Saturday after becoming the latest recipients of a late Rory McAllister winner in a blustery Peterhead.The Binos looked like they had weathered the storm of pressure from the unbeaten League Two pace-setters – who enjoyed a man advantage for most of the second half after Erik Sula’s red card – to take home a valuable point on their travels.But McAllister popped up to tap in league goal number 251 in his illustrious career four minutes from time to send Stirling away empty-handed from another encouraging display.Maybury couldn’t hide his disappointment at the final whistle, but was left satisfied by the display.The Irishman said: “It’s just a bit frustrating to lose it like that.“We weren’t great in the first half, a bit disjointed and that wasn’t helped by the weather so I made a couple of changes just to give us a little more width, we started on the front foot with a good reaction and get the goal.“But we don’t really get the chance to build on that because we shoot ourselves in the foot and that makes it difficult with the weather, the numbers they have but Gats only made one save and we restricted them to shots from distance.“I’m not sure if it was a foul or if we could have done better on the far side and then we can’t shift across quickly enough; it’s a bit of a sucker punch because we would have taken that point and come back down the road so I feel for the players.The Balmoor clash was Maybury’s 11th competitive game in charge of Stirling, with early results on track after an extensive summer rebuild.An encouraging League Cup group stage has been followed up by a back-and-forward start to the League Two season, with Albion sitting
