Still Game star praises street art tribute after giant Boaby the Barman mural appears in Cumbernauld

Residents of Cumbernauld have spotted some Still Game street art in the town, and it's pretty impressive. In one of the town's underpasses, a giant colourful mural of Still Game character Boaby the Barman has been created and has even been applauded by actor Gavin Mitchell.

In the display, a cartoon version of Boaby can be seen pointing his finger forward alongside the words "You're barred!".A delighted Gavin shared the mural on Twitter, thanking the artist for his work.He wrote: "It would appear that Boabby has noo spread to the underpasses of Cumbernauld !
