Steven Gerrard was left angered as he claimed Manchester City fans attacked Aston Villa goalkeeper Robin Olsen at full time during a pitch invasion.

Villa had looked to be spoiling the City party when first Matty Cash and then Philippe Coutinho gave the West Midlands team a commanding lead.

Then, with just nine minutes remaining, Gundogan tapped home his second of the match to send the Etihad Stadium into raptures.
