Stephen Robinson selection headache as St Mirren sweat on stars

Several St Mirren players were being assessed to leave boss Stephen Robinson with a potential selection headache. The Buddies squad arrived in the Highlands on Friday night for their pre-Christmas Premiership date at Ross County.

However, there were doubts over a number of players who were being put through their paces at Ralston. Skipper Mark O’Hara (thigh) and striker Toyosi Olusanya (suspension) are both definitely out of the Staggies clash.

Back-up keeper Peter Urminsky is on stand-by with on-loan Brentford custodian Ellery Balcombe nursing a knee problem all week.

Meanwhile, Scott Tanser (back), Conor McMenamin (achilles), Richard Taylor (leg) and Evan Mooney (ankle) were also in the treatment room.
