Stephen Bear buys petrol without a mask as he breaks quarantine rules again

Stephen Bear has broken the quarantine rules once again after he was seen out buying petrol — without a face mask on. The CelebrityBig Brother winner, 31, arrived back to the UK from Dubai on Friday but failed to self-isolate for 10 days, which is a requirement under UK law for those travelling back from the UAE.

And on Wednesday he was seen out once again as he filled up his £60,000 Mercedes with petrol at a Morrisons Local garage. He then went inside to pay for his petrol and buy a coffee without putting his face mask on.

The Mirror has contacted Stephen Bear for comment. On Friday Bear touched down at London's Heathrow airport, where he was arrested on suspicion of the disclosure of sexual photographs without consent.
