Channel 4 has laid out plans for its “biggest ever” Paralympics coverage, with stars of some of TV’s biggest shows aboard. Strictly Come Dancing winner Rose Ayling-Ellis will present live for the first time alongside Clare Balding from a new position inside the Athletes’ Village at the Paris games, which take place after the Olympics from August 28 to September 8.
Also stationed in the French capital, Sex Education star George Robinson and Doctor Who’s Lenny Rush will report on the events as they happen.
They will be joined by the likes of Fats Timbo, ex-rugby player and Gladiators’ ‘Fury’ Jodie Ounsley and Paralympic gold-medal swimmer Ellie Robinson.
It is one of the starriest Channel 4 Paralympics lineups yet and has just been unveiled at a swanky do in Shoreditch, London.
