‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ Season 3 Teaser Sets Up Retro Adventures, Murder Mystery Aboard the Enterprise
variety.comJoe Otterson TV Reporter “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” has dropped the first teaser for its upcoming third season. The first look at the Paramount+ series, which can be seen below, teases ten brand new adventures aboard the USS Enterprise during the Capt.
Christopher Pike years, including a murder mystery and the return of Paul Wesley as James T. Kirk. The new season will also resolve the Season 2 finale cliffhanger, which saw the Enterprise crew locked in a fierce battle with the Gorn that left Captain Batel’s (Melanie Scrofano) life hanging in the balance.
As previously announced, “Strange New Worlds” has already been renewed for a fourth season, which is currently in production in Toronto.
Season 3 does not have an official premiere date, but will debut this summer. The returning cast includes Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn.
