The former EastEnders star returned to screens on Sunday night (February 25) in an episode of World's Most Dangerous Roads on Dave.
The 42-year-old star flew out to Guatemala with comedian Seann Walsh last year and he had to do all the driving in the Central American country, where they sought out an ancient Mayan temple, because of a restriction on Seann's license.
Ahead of Joe's feature in the series, Stacey reshared a clip her husband had posted to his Instagram page to her Instagram Story.
