Stacey Solomon has revealed she was "up all night" on Sunday as her one year old son Rex fell ill.The 30 year old — who welcomed Rex with boyfriend Joe Swash last May — took to Instagram to announce his symptoms to her fans, who quickly rushed to offer their support.
