Stacey laughed as she gave a 'thank you' speech to those who have 'stood by her' and unwashed tresses, including her husband Joe Swash. "Just me making a thank you speech to everyone who's stuck by me and my greaseball hair for the last three weeks," she typed with a laughing emoji.
