Stacey Solomon has surprised fans by revealing she actually has six siblings they never see. Those who follow the life of the Loose Women star know she has a sister named Jemma as they regularly appear on each other's social channels.

However, when Stacey spoke to her social media followers about her gym journey, they were more surprised to hear her mention a different sister.

Taking to her Instagram Story, the mum-of-five shared the adorable moment her son became her cheerleader as she stuck to her vow of becoming a keen gym goer.

Stacey has seen been giving sporadic updates on her exercise journey after dusting off some equipment in her rarely-used home gym back in May.
