Stacey Solomon has shared a gushing tribute to her son Leighton to mark his 12th birthday.The TV star penned a sweet message to her second oldest child along with some "rare" photographs of the duo together.

The mum of five, 34, who shares Leighton with ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham, told fans she is "so proud" of her son and "very excited" to finally have a photo of her and him together.The sweet snap showed Stacey with her arms round Leighton's shoulders as they both beamed for the camera.
