Stacey Solomon has slammed "mean people disguised as friends" as she declared she's taking a social media break for a few days.

The Loose Women star, 31, posted a candid message on her Instagram page last night which suggested she's been having a tough time recently.

She insisted she's trying going to let it get her down and vowed not to "get dragged into their unhappiness". Alongside a picture of her puppy Peanut, Stacey wrote: "There will always be mean people out there.

Some will be obvious some might even be disguised as friends. "Protect your heart from them all. And no matter how hard they try to bring you down, obviously or indirectly, keep going. "Keep believing.
