In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey decided to pull out her collection of elf cuddly toys - which she affectionately calls 'Norms' - and transformed the cute ornaments by switching their Christmas themed outfits with bright clothes from her one-year-old son Rex's wardrobe.
