Stacey Solomon showed fans the heart-warming moment Joe Swash was reunited with his children after being away for three weeks.The clip was put on Instagram by the presenter, 32, who was smitten that her husband, 40, had returned home.

Stacey managed to capture the adorable the moment Joe swept the kids up into his arms after coming through the bedroom door.The TV star captioned the first video on her story with: "Early this morning we got daddy back", next to some emotional emojis.The second video with Joe holding both children arm in arm, had another sweet message written beside it: "Welcome home daddy, its only been 3 weeks (laughing emoji) But it's felt like ages!
