Stacey Solomon shared a rare photo of her beloved father David Solomon as they enjoyed a family day out at the beach. The Loose Women panellist, 31, took to her Instagram Stories to share the sweet snap of her son Rex, two, having a blast as he sat on his grandad's shoulders.

They both smiled for the camera as they enjoyed a soft-serve ice cream to fight the hot weather. Stacey was spending the day at the beach with her father as well as her three sons Leighton Barham, Zachary Solomon, and Rex.

She uploaded a video of her day comprised of a multitude of snaps. "The Beach was so lovely yesterday," she wrote along with a crying emoji. "Joe Joe had work so my dad came and we spent some time together.
