The mum-of-four, who first stepped into the limelight during the sixth season of The X Factor in 2009, has since become a beloved TV host and online influencer.
But on Saturday 16 December, Stacey was getting ready to sing for her grandma's birthday at her care home. Even though she's known for her singing talent, Stacey shared that she was feeling nervous about showcasing her voice once more.
Married to former EastEnders star Joe Swash, with whom she has three children, Stacey took to Instagram to share why she was feeling a bit anxious.
