Stacey Solomon has given her fans an exciting update regarding her family and has admitted that she “can’t even describe how happy” she is.

Stacey, 34, who recently revealed that she had to take refuge in a pub at 10am after a blown tyre left her stranded, took to Instagram to share the heartwarming update as she told her 5.8 million followers that her beloved grandma had relocated closer to Pickle Cottage. “We got Rose into school… [black heart emoji],” she began before revealing that she and her sister had found a care home close by for their 94 year old grandma to move to. “Now me, my sister and Belle are together because…,” she added. “After years of trying we finally managed to convince Grandma to come and move closer to us so for the last few months we've found a care home close to me & my sister and today she's coming home.” The Sort Your Life Out host added that she felt “so emotional” at the milestone and explained that the new chapter in her family’s life meant “the world” to them. “I can't even describe how happy we are.

I feel so emotional because we are so lucky to have our grandma in our lives so having her close by where we can enjoy her every day will just mean the world to us. “We are currently getting her room ready and doing everything we can to put her bits out & pictures up and make the move as happy as possible so she feels safe and excited.” The mum-of-five’s life update comes after Stacey celebrated her 34th birthday on Wednesday 4 October in a joint celebration with daughter Rose who turned two on the same day.
