The 33 year old mother of five, took to social media to share the emotional picture of her hugging Belle, Rose and Rex, along with the family's two dogs - and she looked happier than ever.

Knelt at the foot of her grounds the beautiful scenery of Stacey's location was also in full view. The first caption on the post said: "Coming home is my favourite." And further down the picture, she penned: "Finally back from Hull!

So excited for Sunday with my world. Happy Sunday everyone." But while away for work, Stacey, who married actor Joe Swash last year, has revealed the way she makes sure she stays connected with her family.
