Rather than ditching the UK for sunnier climes, the pair were taking five of their children on a snowy ski trip to Switzerland alongside Stacey's sister, Jemma, and her family.
Taking to Instagram, Stacey excitedly started documenting their journey to the Alps but revealed how they hit a stumbling block when they made it to France.
And in the romantic twist, it meant Stacey, Joe and the kids spent Valentine's Day in Paris. Posting a string of snaps with her millions of followers, Stacey could be seen beaming as she and Joe cuddled up to one another with a clear view of a sparkling Eiffel Tower in the background.
