Stacey Solomon handed out some sage advice to her followers as the storm made her reassess her mental health. The Loose Women star admitted she's been feeling a little under the weather lately as she opened up about her inner struggles.
The mum-of-three, 30, said she'd been getting down on herself lately and questioning herself. That was until the storm came along to end the UK's blistering 34C heatwave, making her realise that the bad times will soon come to an end too.
