Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

And now, with her children off school for the Easter holidays, the Sort Your Life Out presenter has revealed her “easy” way to keep children entertained over the school holidays – and it uses just two store cupboard ingredients.
In a video uploaded to Instagram, 34 year old Stacey shared a video of herself making “homemade play sand”, with the help of her children Rex, four, Rose, two, and one year old Belle.
Having learned from her experience of accidentally ordering too much sand for Rex’s sandpit a few years ago, Stacey decided to take matters into her own hands and make “sand” using some plain flour and coconut oil.
