We’ve loved watching Stacey Solomon renovate her £1.2 million Pickle Cottage, and now the Loose Women star has shared the clever hack she used to create a homemade chalkboard in her son Rex’s bedroom.Taking to her Instagram Stories, the 31 year old showed her followers how she made the chalkboard on Rex’s wall using special chalkboard paint and leftover skirting board.

Listing out the steps and filming the process, the mum-of-three revealed the task took her a little longer than planned due to “watery and drippy” paint.

Stacey began by marking out the area she wanted to paint with masking tape before painting on two coats of the chalkboard paint and allowing it to dry for two days.
